We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong service or product. If any of these apply, please contact us at okibookings@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
This service does not confirm your reservation. Depending on the availability at your desired location, your reservation may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, including alternative dates and times, but please note that failure to secure a reservation does not qualify for a refund.
